Miriama Roc, Senior Attorney in the firm, focuses her practice in consumer bankruptcy, debt/contract disputes and family law.

Ms. Roc is a New England native who currently resides in Palm Beach County. She graduated from Bridgewater State College with honors where she majored in both Psychology and Sociology with a concentration in Criminology. In 2006, she earned her Juris Doctor degree from New England School of Law where she participated in Family Law and Immigration internship programs.

Ms. Roc became a member of the Florida Bar in 2007 and joined the firm that same year at which time her primarily practice areas were consumer debt and fair debt collection matters. By 2008, Ms. Roc expanded her practice areas to include debt/contract litigation and consumer bankruptcy. Ms. Roc pioneered the bankruptcy department in the firm.

At times, Ms. Roc’s bankruptcy experience overlaps or interplays into family law issues. As a result, she currently represents clients in marital mediation, divorce, domestic violence, child custody and support matters.

She is admitted into the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Florida, U.S Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of Florida, U.S. District Court in the Middle District of Florida and U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Middle District of Florida.
