Bio of Peter A. Mitchell, Esq
Peter A. Mitchell is a Washington DC native who graduated from Wheeling College (now Wheeling Jesuit University) in 1977. Peter earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and a minor in Political Science. He later obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the George Mason University School of Law in 1983.
As a member of the Bar of the state of Maryland since 1984, Peter has been engaged in the general practice of law for over twenty years with an emphasis on debtor and creditor rights. He has both civil and criminal jury trial experience. He is also a former member of the Bar of the District of Columbia for twenty years.
Peter resides and maintains a law office in Rockville, Maryland.
